Mr. Rahm has served as the Presiding Independent Director since 2013. Mr. Rahm founded Everview Partners, L.P., a private investment firm in 2025, and currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Since 2024, Mr. Rahm serves as a Co-Chair of the New York City Regional Economic Development Council. Mr. Rahm formerly served as a Senior Managing Director of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., since its inception in 2006 until 2024, and led the firm’s real estate investment activities and was a member of its Management and Investment Committees. Prior to joining Centerbridge Partners, L.P., in 2006, Mr. Rahm was a member of the Real Estate Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group L.P., where he completed investments in lodging businesses and real estate assets. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Extended Stay America, Inc. and Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc. Mr. Rahm attained a B.A. from Yale College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
