Ms. Crosland has served as a Director since December 2016 and as Chair since 2023. Ms. Crosland most recently served
as a Managing Director and Retail Sector Head at JP Morgan Investment Management Global Real Assets Group from 1998
until 2014. From 1984 to 1998, she held various positions in real estate investment management in JP Morgan’s
Investment Management Global Real Assets Group. Ms. Crosland previously served on the Board of Directors of Donahue
Schriber Realty and Edens Investment Trust. Ms. Crosland attained a B.S. from Furman University and a Master of
Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a certified public accountant.
