Mr. Finnegan has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2026. Prior to this role, Mr. Finnegan served in a variety of key positions during his twenty-year tenure at the Company including Interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2025 to December 2025, President, Chief Operating Officer from July 2024 to September 2025, Interim Chief Executive Officer and President from April 2024 to May 2024, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer from September 2023 until July 2024, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer from February 2020 until September 2023, and Executive Vice President, Leasing from November 2014 through February 2020, as well as various other roles since he first joined Kramont Realty Trust, a predecessor of Brixmor, in 2004 as a Senior Leasing Associate. Mr. Finnegan was appointed to serve on the ICSC Board of Trustees for 2026 and as the Chair of the ICSC Foundation Board for 2026. Mr. Finnegan received a B.A. from Duquesne University.
