Brixmor Property Group Announces Tax Allocations Of 2015 Dividend Distributions

NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) announced today the tax allocations of the 2015 dividend distributions on its common stock.  Dividends paid on common stock totaled $0.90 per share in 2015.

For shareholders of Brixmor Property Group common stock, the Form 1099-DIV summarizes the allocation of 2015 dividends. The amounts indicated on the Form 1099-DIV should be reported on the shareholders' 2015 federal income tax returns. The schedule below, presented on a per share basis, is provided for informational purposes only and should only be used to clarify the Form 1099-DIV.
